Well, Red Hat Linux 7.1 was released, so I was able to get the Realm Kit out. That's one thing down, only a lot minus one more to do. Only 2.5 more weeks of classes, but I've got a lot to do in that time, much of which I really don't want to have to do. Not only do I have all of the end-of-semester crap due in the classes, but I also need to get some stuff written up since I'm not going to be working on campus this summer.
Maybe in the fall I'll actually be able to find more time to read for fun. I find that to be very relaxing but haven't really been able to find the time to do it this semester 🙁
And I should really find something to use as a user picture
I think it's following me around. First yesterday at work. Now I come home and the a/c is out here. How are you supposed to get any work done when it's warmer inside than outside?
Got that in a fortune cookie this evening. Kind of an interesting one… although I really don't have that many friends, I do appreciate the ones I have.
study, study, study…. take a break and waste time…. study, study, study. Luckily I do have a bit better handle on this material than the material from the first test, but the first bits on continuity are still non-trivial. And rattling out definitions and theorems as part of a test is extremely annoying to have to do.
There are so many other things I wish I could be doing instead }= Oh well, after the two days of classes this week, only 3 more days of classes and a week of exams and then I get something of a break
Not a very productive day really… sci-fi was showing lots of classic Trek episodes which I watched and then watched Star Trek IV. Then went to see Along Came a Spider which was much better than I expected it be. I won't spoil why for those who haven't seen it, but suffice it to say that it was quite good. Now to see if I can maybe get a little bit done before heading to bed so I don't have too much to do tomorrow.
Hooray for a few days for Easter the end of the week…. hopefully I can get some work done on a few of the papers I have due afterwards }=
So was complaining about loserjabber crashing so I said I'd take a look at it. Bleah, gtk+ bugs suck. But it did convince me to finally set up a journal here, though I probably won't keep it up 🙂
