Ugh… cvs grub has changed a lot.

Patch #0 (grub-0.92-vga16.patch):

So, roughly half of it fails to apply. I have to wonder if it's smarter at this point to just rewrite that patch. It's originally from Conectiva and I've never thought it was overly clean. It's definitely not something that would be taken upstream and I really would prefer to get the patch upstream so I don't have to keep merging it.
