KDE and small form factor devices

FYI, there's a lot of work being done in upstream KDE 4 for devices with a small form factor, not just devices like the OLPC XO or the Asus EeePC, but also PDAs and even smartphones. There was a GSoC project by Marijn Kruisselbrink on this topic this year, he got Plasma working fairly well on such devices, and there are also several other interested developers (especially now that Nokia handed out 100 N800 PDAs for free at Akademy ;-) ).

Sugar on subs

A lot of people here at UTOSC seemed interested in the idea of extending Sugar to the subnotebook range. Many of them definitely agreed that the interfaces we use on a 1024x768 or 1280x800 do not work at all on 800x480 or the like.
